Summary: Service was rushed and sometimes rude. Food at buffet and dinner was very poor quality. Only positive was the access to the beach club which actually isn’t big enough for the hotel size

Summary: This is a lovely hotel, we stayed in a room with a private swim up pool which we really enjoyed. The hotel location was good (about 15 mins walk to the main restaurant area of town) and the beach bar across the road (part of the ) had a great view of the beach.

Summary: We were quite surprised after reading the reviews after our stay at the hotel. This is not a luxury hotel. This is a charter hotel, with buffet-style breakfast and dinner, and a so-called “beach club” where guests start lining up 45 minutes before opening just to secure a sunbed. That said, for a charter hotel, it’s what you’d expect: there’s a pool, a gym, a beach restaurant, access to a (very crowded) beach, and generally okay food. But if you’re expecting a luxury resort experience, this place will likely disappoint. The service is not what you’d expect from a luxury resort. The restaurant staff seem poorly trained — they often don’t clear tables properly and always left used plates or napkins behind. The shower in our room was not cleaned thoroughly, with black residue visible in all corners. New beach towels are only available every other day, which feels insufficient for a beachside hotel. In summary, it may be suitable for those seeking a standard charter experience — but if you’re looking for a genuine luxury stay, this isn’t the place.

Summary: Overall we had a pleasant stay. But the service staff was very incompetent and unprofessional. Food at the buffet was okay but very inconsistent, lacking variety and overall not worth four stars superior. Beach club of the hotel was very nice and the ocean was perfect. Great gym.

Summary: The hotel is a little sterile and if it was not for the beach club I would rate it two stars. The pools are a little soulless and the staff are not particularly helpful, particularly at breakfast - lots of attitude! The breakfast is one of its weak points due to the coffee machines (they take an eternity to make a coffee and create a lot of angst with guests), the fresh fruit regularly runs out and the jars containing be cereals are so inaccessible that it is like playing a game of operation!
